Testimonials
As we came out of the pandemic, we found ourselves faced with growing sales and a challenging labour market. As a result, we sought co-packing companies to assist us in meeting the increased expectations of our customers.
We discovered Merlin from search of similar companies, meeting with Lee and Ian at their site in South Kirkby. We found them to be knowledgeable, friendly and willing to work with us to meet our requirements. We started them, in 2019, with a challenging product which was completed on time and in full.
Since then, we have worked with Merlin on a number of new projects and can certainly vouch for both the quality and the professionalism of their services. Thank you.
We engaged Merlin as our contract packer approx. January 2016. Since then they have packed and coordinated monthly orders for us in a timely and efficient manner. They are a family run business with a big dynamic team which is something I really like and find that it really helps with the detail. Ian & Lee are so flexible by responding positively to last minute changes and pretty much everything we have thrown at them. Highly recommended!
We approached Merlin when we were looking to outsource one of our labeling lines due to increased workload. I found them to be flexible, accommodating with a great ‘can do’ attitude. Nothing was too much trouble. Lee and Shaun are great to deal with and they really did go above and beyond on some occasions to help us out when we needed a quick turnaround.
From the great work and effort put into that one job we were more than happy to pass more rework jobs onto Merlin. We are looking forward to doing more business with them in the future and would have no hesitation in recommending them to any company.
