We are delighted to announce that we have achieved AA* status in our latest BRCGS audit. Our success is attributed to the efficient and dedicated team at Merlin and we thank them for their big efforts this year.
We aim to achieve the best standards possible and although the news is very pleasing, the work has already started on improving on the recent grading next year such as the high expectations we have.
