Our innovative packing abilities are focused on fulfilling the needs of our clients. We provide free consultation from package design to production. The services that we provide range from VFFS Pillow Pack, Flow Wrap, Doy Pack resealable pouches to Hand Pack and Assembly. We have available Inkjet Coding to print Barcodes and labels.
Vertical From Fill and Seal – Pillow Pack
Our ability ranges from dried snacks, biscuits, cereals, and all varieties of confectionery ranging from the sample and mini bags up to 1 Kg. Our high-speed bagging machines can run at up to 70 bags per minute in both printed and clear film with an onboard thermal printer with the capacity to print any information or apply a label if preferred.
Pouch Filling
Pre-made pouch filling from pulses, dried snacks, biscuits, confectionery and many more.
Pouches can be filled by machine or by hand depending on the product type and consistency. Pouches can
then be inkjet coded or label applied depending on preference.
Continuous Heat Sealing/Inkjet Coding
We cover all aspects of pre-made bags and pouches and Inkjet coding. Our continuous heat sealer can reach high temperatures that can work with laminate, foil and barrier materials.
Check Weighing and Metal Detecting
This exercise is mandatory in all our production lines to ensure compliance. It is standard practice that all lines are metal detected and check weighed which makes unit weights accurate when running at high speeds. Upper and lower limits are provided by the customer and then implemented into production.
Jar Labelling
Panel jar labelling service is offered whether it is label removal and relabel to fill and label all aspects of jars from Pet to Glass. Our automated label machine can run at high speed at up to 50 units per minute depending on size. Inkjet coding can be applied on the same line if required.
Seam Sealing
We offer Granule, dried product filling and seam sealing, better known as the Pringle cardboard tube with a metal base. Our high-speed machine can pack many types of dried products.
Hand Assembly & Rework
We cover hand assembly of gift sets including Hampers of all sizes and many other types of products.
